My name is Rami Hernandez and I started Camp Kickboxing in 2018.
I’ve been a gym rat and a athlete all my life. I got into MMA in 2013. I fell in love with the sport and started my training. So much passion for the sport, I would even think about it in my sleep. Due to health issues, I was unable to compete. But it didn’t stop me from training and learning my craft. My son was the first person I trained. Thereafter is when I started helping other kids and gradually went on to train adults. It feels great to be able to help others reach their goals in Fitness, Boxing and MMA.
One thing I have learned about Fitness, is that it has to become your lifestyle. There is no miracle pill for weight loss or in fitness period. You have to grind and put in the work. There are many of us that wake up every morning to a constant battle of feeling Depressed about your situation. Sometimes the best thing to do is embrace it. We all have to go through challenges and we can overcome them.
As a trainer, I’m always looking to find the fastest way to lose those pounds and keep.them off. What better way than intense, explosive, short bursts interval workouts.
